The Muslim Student Association at Colorado State University has a page on Muslims in Sports which also claims that Raghib "Rocket" Ismail is a Muslim. (January 1999: I just discovered the entry on Rocket is now deleted from the above page.)

But he has been a Christian now for already quite a number of years. Evidence for this is for example to be found at the Outreach Carolina page.

Raghib's brother, Qadry "the Missile" Ismail who is also mentioned in the above sports page, became a Christian as well.
