Some Muslims have claimed that the late French oceanographer, Jacques Cousteau, while exploring the ocean sea floor came upon springs of sweet and bitter water. A Muslim later told him about the Qur'an passage, who later convinced of the divine nature of the Qur'an, became a Muslim. This turned out to be a hoax, however.
