Does the Islamic Paradise really contradict the Bible's Paradise? Will there be physical pleasures in Heaven?

Note of contradiction: Below you will see how the NT said that Heaven has no marriage in it, while Genesis called Eve a "wife" and our "mother".

More and more we hear of ignorance from Christians who criticize Islam for claiming that Paradise will have physical pleasures in it similar to the ones that we have here on earth. Personally, I've heard cheap comments before about the 70 Houris for men in Heaven and how the Prophet, peace be upon him, "promised horny desert men" sex in Paradise.

Response:

Osama Abdallah is so desperate to prove his false Islamic theology from the Bible until he is willing to criticize Christians who are obviously more familiar with Genesis than he ever will be. So before we even proceed we will challenge Osama Abdallah to:

1. Show us where the Bible explicitly says 70 virgins will be given to the righteous.

2. That men and women will have sex in heaven.

3. Show us where 70 virgins are mentioned in the Quran.

Now obviously he can’t provide this information since this fantastical nonsense comes from the Hadith which was composed 200 years after the death of Muhammad and the Quran. Hence, while Osama Abdallah dogs Christians for following the Gospels which, according to him, were composed 200 years after the time of Jesus, he believes in Hadiths despite their being written 200 years after the death of Muhammad! Go figure.

Bashing is easy, and believe me, nothing is easier than bashing the gospel of porn bible for claiming that women's vaginas and breasts taste like "wine", and that sisters can look lustfully at their biological brothers and wish to have sex with them in bed. Note: The exact number of 70 Houris is not mentioned in the Noble Quran. It is only mentioned in the Hadiths (collections of the Sayings of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him). But Houris were mentioned in the Noble Quran. So the number is most likely true, even though the Hadiths were collected centuries after the natural death of the Prophet. In other words, the possibility of the Hadith being corrupt (most of the Bible is mostly corrupt), is slim because the Noble Quran supports the narration by mentioning the Houris as shown at the end of the article. Notice the stupidity here. Osama is admitting that the Hadith is collected centuries after the death of Muhammad. He finds no problem believing in something that came hundreds of years after the Quran. Now please notice his blatant inconsistent regarding his position that the New Testament cannot be trusted since the authors are unknown and the books weren’t even put on paper until centuries after the time of Jesus:

Contrast that with his confidence in the Hadith literature despite it being centuries removed from Muhammad’s time:

So the entire Bible is suspect because it was collected centuries after the ascension of Jesus. And yet the Hadith is true despite it being collected centuries after the death of Muhammad! So how does Osama get around this obvious contradiction? He just claims that only some parts of the Hadith are corrupted and that this corruption is slim. Based on what? We don’t know and neither does he! So he tries to authenticate that the Hadith is correct because the word “Houris” is mentioned in the Quran. Needless to say we must ask him this:

1. Where does the Quran limit the number of Hours to 70?

2. If you claim that the number isn’t found in the Quran then how can you assert that the Hadith is correct?

3. Putting it simply so that even Osama can understand, how can you say that the Quran supports the assertion of the Hadith that each man will be given 70 whores of pleasure when the Quran never even specifics the exact number?

I would love to see him answer these questions for us.

Now having said all of that, let us now get technical here. The answer to the questions above is quite simple and requires no 50-page lengthy article to prove it.

The Creation of Adam and Eve in Heaven!

Before we begin, I'd like to describe what the Garden of Eden is according to Islam and the Bible:

In Islam:

Narrated Abdullah bin Qais: "Allah's Apostle said, "Two gardens, the utensils and the contents of which are of silver, and two other gardens, the utensils and contents of which are of gold. And nothing will prevent the people who will be in the Garden of Eden from seeing their Lord except the curtain of Majesty over His Face." (Translation of Sahih Bukhari, Volume 6, Book 60, Number 401)"

Narrated 'Abdullah bin Qais: "The Prophet said, "(There will be) two Paradises of silver and all the utensils and whatever is therein (will be of silver); and two Paradises of gold, and its utensils and whatever therein (will be of gold), and there will be nothing to prevent the people from seeing their Lord except the Cover of Majesty over His Face in the Paradise of Eden (eternal bliss)." Osama Abdallah thinks that the paradise of the Quran is the original paradise of the Garden of Eden. I know I can hear tons of Christians laughing at this stupidity. Heck, I would believe that tons of Muslims would also laugh at this also. But it is unfortunate that we have ignorant people who actually believe such nonsense. Here is how Osama Abdallah tries to substantiate this from the Bible:

In the Bible:

When GOD Almighty created Adam, peace be upon him, in the Garden of Eden (one of the Gardens of Heaven), He created him in our physical form today:

Genesis 2:7-9
7 the LORD God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.
8 Now the LORD God had planted a garden in the east, in Eden; and there he put the man he had formed.
9 And the LORD God made all kinds of trees grow out of the ground—trees that were pleasing to the eye and good for food. In the middle of the garden were the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

Genesis 2:14-16
14 The name of the third river is the Tigris; it runs along the east side of Asshur. And the fourth river is the Euphrates.
15 The LORD God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it.
16 And the LORD God commanded the man, "You are free to eat from any tree in the garden;

The earth that we are living on today is the worst and lowest land that GOD Almighty Created. It is called the waste land, and it is the punishment that Adam and Eve received when they disobeyed GOD Almighty:

Genesis 3:22-24
22 And the LORD God said, "The man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil. He must not be allowed to reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live forever."
23 So the LORD God banished him from the Garden of Eden to work the ground from which he had been taken.
24 After he drove the man out, he placed on the east side of the Garden of Eden cherubim and a flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life.

The problem with Osama Abdallah’s eisegesis is the Genesis shows that the Garden of Eden was located somewhere in the Middle East, not heaven:

10. A river watering the garden flowed from Eden; from there it was separated into four headwaters.

11. The name of the first is the Pishon; it winds through the entire land of Havilah, where there is gold.

12. (The gold of that land is good; aromatic resin [8] and onyx are also there.)

13. The name of the second river is the Gihon; it winds through the entire land of Cush.

14. The name of the third river is the Tigris; it runs along the east side of Asshur. And the fourth river is the Euphrates.

15. The LORD God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it.

16. And the LORD God commanded the man, "You are free to eat from any tree in the garden; Gen. 2:7-16

Now it is obvious that the Tigris and Euphrates rivers are located in modern day present Iraq and not heaven. Also the word translated as “ground” from the phrase “from the dust of the ground” is “adamah” and this word only refers to places on earth or the earth itself in the Hebrew OT:

Throughout the entire usage of the Bible, this word has never meant anything related to or associated with “heaven”. Osama Abdallah obviously knows this and that is why he didn’t make any effort to present you with any background on this particular passage, let alone quoting the immediate context of the verse presented! Is this how he draws people to Islam? With outright misinformation and lies, knowing that the suspected reader may not be able to question this nonsense? Apparently so! As we continue with our exegesis on this verse look at the word “Havilah” in this passage:

Havilah (Chaviylah)

This becomes funnier by the minute! Havilah was a place in the ancient Middle East and not heaven! It is considered a part of Asia Minor near the Caspian Sea! Osama Abdallah thinks that an area near the Caspian Sea IN THE MIDDLE EAST IS ACTUALLY HEAVEN, THE ABODE OF GOD HIMSELF! Let’s look at the next place mentioned in this passage, namely CUSH:

Cush is modern day Ethiopia! African people, including myself (I’m African American) descended from these people. Notice how this word is translated in Gen. 2:13:

And the name of the second river is Gihon: the same is it that compasseth the whole land of Ethiopia. KJV

The second is the Gihon River that winds through Ethiopia. ^[a] CEV

Notice that there is no possible way to translate “CUSH” as being “heaven” or any part of heaven! Let’s look at the next three places mentioned, the Tigris, Euphrates, and Asshur:

Asshur is the country Assyria! Osama Abdallah thinks that the Garden of Eden which has a river running on the east side of Assyria IS THE LOCATION OF HEAVEN, THE ABODE OF GOD! Not only is he ignorant of Biblical history, he is also ignorant of secular history which gives these definitions about some of these words:

Assyria- Ancient empire, southwestern Asia.

It grew from a small region around Ashur (in northern Iraq) to encompass an area stretching from Palestine to Anatolia. Assyria may have originated in the 3rd millennium BC, but it came to power gradually. Its greatest period began in the 9th century BC, when its conquests reached the Mediterranean Sea under Ashurnasirpal II (883–859), and again c. 746–609 BC, during the Neo-Assyrian empire, when it conquered much of the Middle East. Its greatest rulers during the latter period were Tiglath-pileser III, Sargon II, Sennacherib, and Ashurbanipal. Famous for their cruelty and fighting prowess, the Assyrians were also monumental builders, as shown by archaeological finds at Nineveh, Ashur, and Calah. Tigris-River, Turkey and Iraq.

Arabic Dijlah Turkish Dicle biblical Hiddekel It originates in the Taurus Mountains at Lake Hazar and flows 1,180 mi (1,900 km) southeast through Turkey and past Baghdad to unite with the Euphrates River at Al-Qurnah in southeastern Iraq; there it forms the Shatt al-Arab. With the Euphrates it defined the ancient region of Mesopotamia. Important for its irrigation capacity, it gave rise to sustained civilization. Euphrates-River, Middle East.

Turkish Firat Nehri Arabic Al-Furat The largest river in Southwest Asia, it rises in Turkey and flows southeast across Syria and through Iraq. Formed by the confluence of the Kara and the Murat in the high Armenian plateau, the Euphrates descends between major ranges of the Taurus Mountains and drops nearly 1,000 ft (300 m) to the Syrian plateau. It then flows through western and central Iraq to unite with the Tigris and continues, as Shatt al-Arab, to the Persian Gulf. In all, it is 2,235 mi (3,596 km) long. Its valley was heavily irrigated in ancient times, and many great cities, some of whose ruins remain, lined its banks. With the Tigris, it defines an area known historically as Mesopotamia. As you can clearly see, historically, biblically and geographically, these are all physical places located ON EARTH in the Middle East AND NOT IN HEAVEN! The Garden of Eden has always been viewed as being a physical place on earth where Adam and Eve were created! In fact the Bible itself says this right after the creation of man and woman:

Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, OVER ALL THE EARTH, and over all the creatures that move along the ground." So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. God blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number; FILL THE EARTH and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground." Then God said, "I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food. And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds of the air and all the creatures that move on the ground—everything that has the breath of life in it—I give every green plant for food." And it was so. Gen. 1:26-30

Osama Abdallah hasn’t read Genesis very well at all. God himself claimed that man’s purpose was to rule OVER THE EARTH AND POPULATE THE EARTH. There is nowhere in Genesis where God says “MAN WAS CREATED IN HEAVEN”. In fact, the Bible even contrasts the first Adam who was from the earth with the second Adam Jesus who is from heaven above:

“And so it is written, ‘The first man Adam became a living being.’ The last Adam became a life-giving spirit. However, the spiritual is not first, but the natural, and afterward the spiritual. THE FIRST MAN WAS OF THE EARTH, MADE OF DUST; THE SECOND MAN IS THE LORD FROM HEAVEN. As was the man OF DUST, so also are those who are made of dust; and as is the heavenly Man, so also are those who are heavenly. And as we have borne the image of the man OF DUST, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly Man.” 1 Corinthians 15:45-49 NKV

Adam is contrasted with Christ in that he is from dust from the earth below whereas the Lord Jesus is the Lord who is from heaven.

If Osama is trying to use the word “EDEN” as evidence, it’s futile because Genesis gives the location of where “EDEN” was situated. God gives the rivers, such as the Euphrates and the Tigris, and he gives the names of very well-known countries such as Cush and Assyria. Trying to make the Bible support his erroneous nonsense of Houris in Islam exposes Osama Abdallah as the dumbest Muslim apologist on the internet!

Isaiah 51:3
3 The LORD will surely comfort Zion and will look with compassion on all her ruins; he will make her deserts like Eden, her wastelands like the garden of the LORD. Joy and gladness will be found in her, thanksgiving and the sound of singing.

Ezekiel 28:13
13 You were in Eden, the garden of God; every precious stone adorned you: ruby, topaz and emerald, chrysolite, onyx and jasper, sapphire, turquoise and beryl. Your settings and mountings were made of gold; on the day you were created they were prepared.

Ezekiel 31:9
9 I made it beautiful with abundant branches, the envy of all the trees of Eden in the garden of God.

Joel 2:3
3 Before them fire devours, behind them a flame blazes. Before them the land is like the garden of Eden, behind them, a desert waste— nothing escapes them.

Several important points to notice:

1- Eden is a vast Heaven (as also shown in the verses below). Adam and Eve initially existed in a Garden that existed in the Heaven of Eden, which is why it was later called the "Garden of Eden".

Response:

As we saw above, EDEN is located in the Middle East note again the places and rivers given as the location of Eden:

1. Cush

2. Assyria

3. Euphrates River

4. Tigris River

Osama are you going to tell us that these places are found in heaven and not in the Middle East?

2- Notice how GOD Almighty literally took Adam and placed him in the Garden of Eden (Genesis 2:15) and then banished him and his "wife" (see Genesis 3:17, Genesis 3:20 below) out of it into the waste land, earth (Genesis 3:23, Ezekiel 28:13, Joel 2:3).

The problem for Osama Abdallah is that one of these very verses which he uses in defense of his false theory actually refutes him. In Joel 2:1-3 we find:

Blow the trumpet in Zion; sound the alarm on my holy hill. Let all who live in the land tremble, for the day of the LORD is coming. It is close at hand- a day of darkness and gloom, a day of clouds and blackness. Like dawn spreading across the mountains a large and mighty army comes, such as never was of old nor ever will be in ages to come. Before them fire devours, behind them a flame blazes. Before them the land is like the garden of Eden, behind them, a desert waste— nothing escapes them. Joel 2:1-3

Notice how we find God speaking to the people living in “ZION” or Israel and claims that before them the land is LIKE THE GARDEN OF EDEN and behind them a desert waste. This passage doesn’t claim that the earth is a waste! How can the Earth be a waste when God is already addressing people living on the earth IN ZION? Also where are the mountains? In outer space? If we adhere to Osama Abdallah’s conclusion it would present another problem. We would have to believe that the earth is behind heaven with Zion in the Middle of both! This passage is talking about the physical geography of a particular place. Is heaven PHYSICALLY IN FRONT OF EARTH? NO! DON’T YOU THINK WE WOULD HAVE SEEN IT BY NOW? YES! Osama Abdallah is apparently trying to introduce another fantastical Islamic scientific theory into the realm of scholarly debate!

3- The names of the rivers such as Tigris and Euphrates don't mean that these are the same rivers that we have here on earth, in Iraq today! It is quite possible that Adam named several earthly places on earth the same as Heavenly ones to keep the good memories of the Blessed Days alive. There is a city in Yemen today called "Eden". Yemen as a land and its city of Eden are far from being a place like Paradise. As we further see in the following verses, Eden was called the "Garden/Heaven of GOD" while earth was called "waste land".

4- The book of Genesis is not original. It is a rewrite and it also had been tampered with. While it is similar to the Islamic Accounts regarding Adam, Eve and Heaven, but only the Noble Quran and the Islamic Claims are original and truly Divine. Osama Abdallah’s misinformation is obviously falling on deaf ears since he is arguing for a foolish theory that no credible Muslim or Christian would dare support. He recognizes that the “Tigris” and “Euphrates” river poses problems for his conclusion since he obviously knows that these rivers aren’t in heaven but in the Middle East in present-day Iraq. Even if “Yemen” is TODAY CALLED EDEN, how exactly does it prove that Eden, Tigris and the Euphrates river are found in heaven? Notice the stupidity of Osama’s argument as we illustrate it here:

1. We can’t trust what Genesis says because it isn’t original and people MADE UP THE CLAIMS ABOUT THE MENTIONED RIVERS.

But

2. We can trust that there is evidence against what’s in Genesis because people MADE UP CLAIMS ABOUT YEMEN BEING EDEN.

If Osama Abdallah is arguing against Genesis by questioning its textual validity then he can’t use the analogy of Yemen to explain away the texts of Genesis because this presupposes that Genesis is an accurate record. IT IS A BLATANT CONTRADICTION AND SELF-REFUTING STATEMENT OF HIS THEORY! Also for his claims about Genesis from the above link, we would like you to see this:

MOSES WAS THE AUTHOR OF GENESIS. Because history here occurred before he was born, Moses must have received much of his revelation directly from God himself. (NIV Living Insights bible, Commentary on Genesis, pg, 3)

Now read what the NIV Study Bible says about Genesis:

It is no coincidence that many of the subjects and themes of the first three chapters of Genesis are reflected in the last three chapters of Revelation. WE CAN ONLY MARVEL AT THE SUPERINTENDING INFLUENCE OF THE LORD HIMSELF, who assures US that "ALL SCRIPTURE IS GOD-BREATHED" and that THE MEN WHO WROTE IT "SPOKE FROM GOD as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit". (NIV Study Bible, Commentary on Genesis, pg. 4)

In his article, Osama Abdallah appealed to the NIV commentary of the Bible, somehow believing that this source proves that the Hebrew and Greek Bible is corrupted. We must state that the NIV says no such thing and that an English translation has no final standing on what the original text of any holy book has to say. The NIV committee sponsors both of these Bibles and in both sources they claim that God inspires Genesis and that Moses is the historical author of Genesis. Neither Bible claims that Genesis is tampered with nor do they mention anything about the Garden of Eden being located in heaven. Using the same internet encyclopedia Osama uses, we find this:

The Book of Genesis contains little information on the garden itself. It was home to both the Tree of Life and the Tree of Knowledge of good and evil, as well as an abundance of other vegetation that could feed Adam and Eve.

"A river flowed out of Eden to water the garden, and there it divided and became four rivers".

The text asserts that within the Garden the river divided into four branches: the Tigris, Euphrates, the Pishon and the Gihon. The identity of the latter two rivers have been the subject of endless argument, but if the Garden of Eden had really been near the sources of the Tigris and the Euphrates, then the original narrators in the land of Canaan would have identified it as located generally in the Taurus Mountains.

Satellite photos reveal two dry riverbeds flowing toward the Persian Gulf near where the Tigris and Euphrates also terminate. While that accounts for four rivers in the vicinity, that area is the mouth of those rivers rather than their source. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Garden_of_Eden:

This encyclopedia shows that based on the knowledge of the Tigris and Euphrates river, THE GARDEN WOULD BE LOCATED SOMEWHERE IN THE MIDDLE EAST, NOT HEAVEN. Apparently Osama Abdallah doesn’t read his sources too well. This argument is full of stupidity and is utterly pathetic.

As we clearly see above:

Eden was called the Garden/Heaven of GOD!

Our Earth was called a "waste land"!

We will now turn to the Islamic sources to prove that Adam wasn’t created in heaven. From the Hadith we find:

Narrated 'Abdullah:

The Prophet said, "No human being is killed unjustly, but a part of responsibility for the crime is laid on the first son of Adam who invented the tradition of killing (murdering) on the earth. (It is said that he was Qabil). (Sahih Bukhari Volume 9, Book 83, Number 6)

Notice here that Adam’s son, Cain invented the tradition of killing ON EARTH, NOT HEAVEN. Also note that the prophets’ bodies wouldn’t decay while they were buried ON THE EARTH:

Narrated Aws ibn Aws:

The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: Among the most excellent of your days is Friday; on it Adam was created, on it he died, on it the last trumpet will be blown, and on it the shout will be made, so invoke more blessings on me that day, for your blessings will be submitted to me. The people asked: Apostle of Allah, how can it be that our blessings will be submitted to you while your body is decayed? He replied: Allah, the Exalted, has prohibited THE EARTH from consuming the bodies of Prophets. (Sunan Abu Dawud, Book 3 Number 1042)

In the above Hadith Adam was both created AND DIED ON FRIDAY. Hence he lived one day, no matter how long this would be back in time memorial, and according to Muhammad, the false prophet of Islam, his body doesn’t decay WHILE IT IS BURIED IN THE EARTH! Please pay attention to the fact that Muhammad didn’t say that Adam was created in heaven! This is an assumption which neither Quran nor the Holy Bible support.

However, Osama Abdallah’s stupidity has opened Islam up to even more scrutiny and ridicule. The reason why he believes that Adam was originally created in heaven stems from this false belief that Adam was originally created 90 feet tall!

Narrated Abu Huraira:

The Prophet said, "Allah created Adam, making him 60 cubits tall. When He created him, He said to him, "Go and greet that group of angels, and listen to their reply, for it will be your greeting (salutation) and the greeting (salutations of your offspring." So, Adam said (to the angels), As-Salamu Alaikum (i.e. Peace be upon you). The angels said, "As-salamu Alaika wa Rahmatu-l-lahi" (i.e. Peace and Allah's Mercy be upon you). Thus the angels added to Adam's salutation the expression, 'Wa Rahmatu-l-lahi,' Any person who will enter Paradise will resemble Adam (in appearance and figure). People have been decreasing in stature since Adam's creation. (Sahih al-Bukhari, Volume 4, Book 55, Number 543)

Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah's Apostle said, "The first group of people who will enter Paradise, will be glittering like the full moon and those who will follow them, will glitter like the most brilliant star in the sky. They will not urinate, relieve nature, spit, or have any nasal secretions. Their combs will be of gold, and their sweat will smell like musk. The aloes-wood will be used in their centers. Their wives will be houris. All of them will look alike and will resemble their father Adam (in statute), sixty cubits tall." (Sahih al-Bukhari, Volume 4, Book 55, Number 544)

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying:

The first group of my Ummah to get into Paradise would be like a full moon in the night. Then those who would be next to them; they would be like the most significantly glittering stars in regard to brightness, then after them (others) in ranks. They would neither void excrement, nor pass water, nor suffer from catarrh, nor would they spit. And their combs would be made of gold, and the fuel of their braziers would be aloes and their sweat would be musk and their form would be the form of one single person according to the length of their father sixty cubits tall. This hadith has been transmitted on the authority of Ibn Abi Shaiba with a slight variation of wording. (Sahih Muslim, Book 040, Number 6796, cf. No. 6795)

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying:

Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, created Adam in His own image with His length of sixty cubits, and as He created him He told him to greet that group, and that was a party of angels sitting there, and listen to the response that they give him, for it would form his greeting and that of his offspring. He then went away and said: Peace be upon you! They (the angels) said: May there be peace upon you and the Mercy of Allah, and they made an addition of" Mercy of Allah". So he who would get into Paradise would get in the form of Adam, his length being sixty cubits, then the people who followed him continued to diminish in size up to this day. (Sahih Muslim, Book 040, Number 6809; cf. Sahih al-Bukhari, Volume 8, Book 74, Number 246)

This means that the Quran gave us the original story of Paul Bunyan! Scientifically this is impossible for Adam could never be this tall and it is scientifically false that humans diminished from 90 feet on down. Even more hilarious is this next particular tradition taken from the famous Muslim historian al-Tabari:

It has been mentioned that the summit of the mountain upon which Adam was cast down is one of those closest to heaven among the mountains of the earth and that, when Adam was cast down upon it, his feet were upon it while his head was in heaven and he heard the prayer and praise-giving of the angels. Adam became (too) familiar with that, and the angels were in awe of him. Therefore, Adam's size was reduced.

According to al-Hasan b. Yahya - 'Abd al-Razzaq - Hisham b. Hassan - Sawwar, the son in law (khatan) of 'Ata' - 'Ata' b. Abi Rabah: When God cast Adam down from Paradise, Adam's feet were upon earth, while his head was in heaven and he heard the speech and prayers of the inhabitants of heaven. He became (too) familiar with them, and the angels were in awe of him so much so that they eventually complained to God in their various prayers (du'a' and salah). God, therefore, lowered Adam down to earth. Adam missed what he used to hear from the angels and felt lonely so much so that he eventually complained about it to God in his various prayers. He was therefore sent to Mecca. (On the way, every) place where he set foot became a village, and (the interval between) his steps became a desert, until he reached Mecca. God sent down a jewel (yaqut ["ruby"]) of Paradise where the house is located today. (Adam) continued to circumambulate it, until God sent down the Flood. That jewel was lifted up, until God sent His friend Abraham to (re)build the House (in its later form). This is (meant by) God's word: "And We established for Abraham the place of the House of residence."

According to al-Hasan b. Yahya - 'Abd al-Razzaq - Ma'mar - Qattadah: God founded the House together with Adam. Adam's head was in heaven, while his feet were upon the earth. The angels were in awe of him. So his size was reduced to sixty cubits (30 meters). Adam was sad because he missed the voices and praise-givings of the angels. He complained about it to God, and God said: Adam, I have cast down a house for you to circumambulate, as one circumambulates My Throne, and to pray at it as one prays at My Throne. Adam left and went off. His steps were lengthened, and the interval between each (two) step(s) became a desert. Adam came to the House, and he and the prophets after him circumambulated it. {Franz Rosenthal (trans./ed.), The History of al-Tabari, [Albany: SUNY Press, 1985], pp. 292-293; bold emphasis mine}

... In another tradition related on the same authority, we are told that "when God made Adam come down from the Garden [he was so tall that] his feet were on the earth and his head touched the heaven. He thus could hear the conversations of the denizens of heaven and their prayers. Adam, in his loneliness, found in them pleasant fellowship. The angels, however, were FRIGHTENED by him and complained to God in their prayers and invocations. God therefore reduced Adam's size, bringing him down close to earth. When Adam could no longer hear the angels, he became lonely and complained to God in his prayers. He was directed to go to Mecca. When he reached Mecca, God sent down one of the sapphires of Paradise onto the present spot of the House. Thus God said, ‘And remember when we prepared for Abraham a place for the House’" (see Q. 22:26. Tabari, III, pp. 58-59). ... {Mahmoud M. From reading the above sources we find that Allah created Adam so tall until his feet was on earth while his head was in heaven! Can you believe this! Look again at what Osama Abdallah says about the Quran and the Islamic traditions:

While it is similar to the Islamic Accounts regarding Adam, Eve and Heaven, but only the Noble Quran and the Islamic Claims are original and truly Divine.

So because they are divine we must believe that:

1. Adam was 90 feet tall even though this is scientifically false.

2. Adam’s head reached into heaven which means that a human being was able to stick his head into outer space without a space suit and live! It is truly amazing that no one bothered to think about how Adam was able to transcend the entire breadth and depth of outer space if he was only 90 feet tall, or bother to think about the implications this has on the location of Allah’s whorehouse called Paradise. Does this mean that Paradise is located beyond the realms of our physical space?

3. We must believe that in all people diminished in height since the creation of Adam, an obvious scientific absurdity.

What more can I say on this nonsense? And Mr. Abdallah has the nerve to claim that the Bible has errors regarding heaven! I’m sure if he really trusted his Quran and his Islamic claims he would at least try to stick his head above the atmosphere into heaven and see where it will get him!

After GOD Almighty finished Creating Adam, He decided to create a mate for him. GOD Almighty literally took Adam's rib (which proves that Adam had a physical body) and created Eve, peace be upon her, from it. There is no question that Adam and Eve had physical bodies that even had genitals in them too! The proof for this is simply our bodies today, and the purpose of our genitals is to enable us to "multiply" (Genesis 8:17, Genesis 9:7). That is why GOD Almighty Created a male and a female. I wonder how Adam and Eve were supposed to "multiply" if they didn't have genitals.

Okay notice what Osama Abdallah said earlier about Genesis:

The book of Genesis is not original. It is a rewrite and it also had been tampered with.

Now if the book of Genesis isn’t original and is tampered with how can Osama Abdallah use this same book to prove that Adam and Eve had physical bodies in heaven? Logically he can’t since he doesn’t know which parts are original and which parts have been tampered with! He can produce as many quotes as he likes about what Bible scholars claim but what is the evidence upon which they base their argumentation or make such assertions? In fact, does Osama know where the original book of Genesis is so we can compare the tampered new one to the original old one? No! If he can’t, then how does he know what an original, uncorrupted Genesis would supposedly say?

More importantly, Osama Abdallah exposes himself as an absolute idiot for using Genesis 8:17 as a source of proof. Notice this passage from the Bible:

Then God said to Noah, "Come out of the ark, you and your wife and your sons and their wives. Bring out every kind of living creature that is with you—the birds, the animals, and all the creatures that move along the ground—so they can multiply ON THE EARTH and be fruitful and increase in number upon it." Gen. 8:15-17

This scripture is talking about Noah and the story of the ark ON EARTH! NOT HEAVEN! Even the scripture he tries to use is refuting him! This shoddy and mindless scholarship is utterly embarrassing! Genesis 9:7 falls under this same category of utterly exposing his stupidity and eisegesis!

As for you, be fruitful and increase in number; multiply on THE EARTH and increase upon it. Gen. 9:7

Again we find “multiply on THE EARTH”, not heaven! There is no way this passage or any other passage from the Bible can be used to support the fact that Adam was created in heaven!

Now before I go any further, let me raise the following questions:

1- Why did GOD Almighty Create genitals for Adam and Eve in Heaven?

2- Why did GOD Almighty, from the first place, create male and female in Heaven?

The answer is simple and its given above: To multiply!

To answer these questions:

1. God never created Adam and Eve in heaven. Their genitals were for the earth:

2. God Almighty didn’t create male and female in heaven, see scripture above.

Man and woman were created on earth as the Bible and Islamic traditions clearly show. There is no other way to go about this.

Later on after Eve was created, we are taught that she ate the forbidden fruit after she got tempted by the devil, which caused both Adam and Eve to be kicked out of Heaven. Now, let me raise the following questions:

1- Did Adam and Eve have sex during the days before they got kicked out of Heaven? If not, then why not? Wasn't she created to be his mate? Did they not then have physical contact with each others for the, perhaps, long years that they lived with each others in Heaven before getting kicked out of it?

Adam had sex when he was on earth with eve, as we’ve extensively showed above. But let’s play Osama’s little game about “Adam being in heaven”. We will expose him and the Islamic heaven with more scrutiny.

Genesis 3:17
To Adam he said, "Because you listened to your wife and ate from the tree about which I commanded you, 'You must not eat of it,' "Cursed is the ground because of you; through painful toil you will eat of it all the days of your life.

Since Osama believes that Adam is in heaven then based on this verse, the ground of heaven is cursed because Adam and Eve ate from the tree!

"Cursed is the ground because of you; through painful toil you will eat of it all the days of your life.

This means that the Islamic heaven, created by Allah, is cursed because of Adam and Eve! Notice that, according to Mr. Abdallah, Adam is in heaven with his wife before he got kicked out. Reading Genesis in light of this understanding, Adam and Eve weren’t kicked out until after this episode which means that the curse affected the heavenly realm and the produce of Paradise! Another problem arises for Osama Abdallah:

1. Since God’s judgment supposedly took place in heaven, how can Adam eat of the cursed ground in heaven when he is banished to the earth?

2. Furthermore, if you claim that God cursed the earthly land to which Adam would descend then why is God cursing the earth for rebellious acts committed in heaven?

We’ll leave these for Mr. Abdallah to answer.

Genesis 3:20
Adam named his wife Eve, because she would become the mother of all the living.

These verses called Eve a "wife" and a "mother". Now assuming that Adam and Eve never got kicked out of Heaven, then how would exactly Eve become a "mother", who already was a "wife" in Heaven?

Since Osama believes that Adam is in heaven then based on this verse every living thing in heaven would have Eve as its mother! So from playing Osama’s little game, we find out that the ground of heaven is cursed, angels and jinn have Eve as their mother, etc.!

Wouldn't it be through sexual intercourse with Adam that would eventually lead to impregnation?

Also, the fact that Eve was Adam's "wife" in Heaven and was meant to be eventually the "mother of all the living", then there is no doubt that Adam and Eve did consummate (have sex) in Heaven! Otherwise, how exactly was Eve a "wife" to Adam? What do husbands and wives do?

We know husbands and wives have sex to start families but according to Osama Abdallah this sex is actually pornography!

The book of Song of Songs:

"Verse 1 appears to ascribe authorship to Solomon. Solomon is referred to seven times, and several verses speak of the 'king', but whether he was the author remains an open question. (From the NIV Bible Commentary, page 997)"

He even claims that this book is sick just because Solomon called his wife “his sister”, which is a common term of endearment for a woman in the Middle East. And this refers to sex between a husband and wife:

Song of Solomon 4:10: How delightful is your love, my sister, my bride! How much more pleasing is your love than wine, and the fragrance of your perfume than any spice!

Song of Solomon 4:11: Your lips drop sweetness as the honeycomb, my bride; milk and honey are under your tongue. The fragrance of your garments is like that of Lebanon.

Song of Solomon 4:12: You are a garden locked up, my sister, my bride; you are a spring enclosed, a sealed fountain.

Song of Solomon 5:1: I have come into my garden, my sister, my bride; I have gathered my myrrh with my spice. I have eaten my honeycomb and my honey; I have drunk my wine and my milk. Eat, O friends, and drink; drink your fill, O lovers.

So in trying to defend the Quran’s sex is healthy and good, but when attacking the Bible it all of a sudden becomes pornographic. Go figure.

2- Since GOD Almighty Created love and sexuality, and Adam and Even certainly had genitals in Heaven, and they loved each others, and they were a husband and a wife, then give me one logical reason why they couldn't have possibly had sex in Heaven!

So now that we established that sex did actually occur in the "Bible's" Heaven, or to say the least, it was not sinful at all, and that it was GOD Almighty's intent to have it exist in Heaven, then let us now move on to the ridiculous contradictions that the man-altered and man-corrupted (according to the bible's theologians) New Testament have created among its followers, the Christians.

This is the same thing we were saying about “Song of Songs”. If a wife and husband love each other then why is it pornographic for them to have sex? Apparently Osama Abdallah doesn’t understand the ramifications of his comments. If it is pornographic then trying to justify it in defense of the Quran doesn’t take away from the fact of it being pornographic!

The Christians' beliefs regarding Heaven:

Christians believe that we will be like "spirits" or "Angels" in Heaven without physical bodies. They believe that once a "Christian" dies, then he/she will go and live with GOD Almighty as a spirit in Heaven:

Matthew 22:29-30
29. Jesus replied, "You are in error because you do not know the Scriptures or the power of God.
30. At the resurrection people will neither marry nor be given in marriage; they will be like the angels in heaven.

Obviously this contradicts the very teachings of their very own Bible about Adam and Eve having physical bodies in Heaven and that they had sex (they were a husband and wife).

If we will not marry in Heaven, then why was Eve called a "Wife" in the Genesis verses above?

Wife, marriage, hello??

The man-made contradictions and garbage in the Bible are sound and clear!

If Eve was not a "wife" to Adam, then how exactly was she supposed to be our "mother"? Was she Adam's girlfriend? Aren't fornication and adultery considered a sin in the Eyes of GOD Almighty?

By the way, even if Adam and Eve never had sex, which is a ridiculous theory given the evidence above, the fact that they had physical bodies (Eve was created from Adam's rib) in Heaven soundly refutes the lies that were told in the New Testament about us being only spirits in Heaven!

Osama’s folly knows no bounds! Let’s take you back to Genesis 2 dealing with Adam and Eve:

¹ Thus the heavens and the earth were completed in all their vast array.

² By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day he rested from all his work.

³ And God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done.

Adam and Eve

⁴ This is the account of the heavens and the earth when they were created. When the LORD God made the earth and the heavens-

⁵ and no shrub of the field had yet appeared on the earth and no plant of the field had yet sprung up, for the LORD God had not sent rain ON THE EARTH and there was NO MAN TO WORK THE GROUND,

⁶ but streams came up from the earth and watered the whole surface of the ground-

⁷ the LORD God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.

⁸ Now the LORD God had planted a garden in the east, in Eden; and there he put the man he had formed.

⁹ And the LORD God made all kinds of trees grow out of the ground—trees that were pleasing to the eye and good for food. In the middle of the garden were the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Genesis 2:1-9

As you can clearly see, verse 5 tells us that God’s purpose for creating man was to work the ground ON THE EARTH! This is why verse 7 explains to us why God formed man FROM THE GROUND. After forming man from the ground, God then planted A GARDEN IN THE EAST, IN EDEN. After planting the Garden, man was placed there to keep up the garden. The Garden of Eden isn’t found in heaven, it is a location on earth, plain and simple. Neither Jesus nor mainstream Christianity is in error about the physical nature of man and woman in heaven, only Osama Abdallah!

Briefly, let us look at what GOD Almighty Said in the Noble Quran about the human-Believers in Heaven:

"They will recline (with ease) On Thrones (of dignity) Arranged in ranks; And We shall join them To Companions, with beautiful Big and lustrous eyes. And those who believe And whose families follow Them in Faith -- to them Shall We join their families: Nor shall We deprive them (Of the fruit) of aught Of their works: (Yet) is each individual In pledge for his deeds. (The Noble Quran, 52:20-21)"

"For them will be a Home Of Peace in the presence Of their Lord: He will be Their Friend, because They practised (righteousness). (The Noble Quran, 6:127)"

"And We shall remove from their hearts any lurking sense of injury;- beneath them will be rivers flowing;- and they shall say: 'Praise be to God, who hath guided us to this (felicity): never could we have found guidance, had it not been for the guidance of God: indeed it was the truth, that the apostles of our Lord brought unto us.' And they shall hear the cry: 'Behold! the garden before you! Ye have been made its inheritors, for your deeds (of righteousness).' (The Noble Quran, 7:43)"

"And they will say: 'Praise be to Allah, Who has removed from us (All) sorrow: for our Lord Is indeed Oft-Forgiving Ready to appreciate (service). (The Noble Quran, 35:34)"

"But it is for those Who fear their Lord, That lofty mansions, One above another, Have been built: Beneath them flow Rivers (of delight): (such is) The promise of Allah: Never doth Allah fail in (His) promise. (The Noble Quran, 39:20)"

"But those who believe And work deeds of righteousness -- To them shall We give A Home in Heaven -- Lofty mansions beneath which Flow rivers -- to dwell therein For aye -- an excellent reward For those who do (good)! -- Those who preserve in patience, And put their trust In their Lord and Cherisher. "And We shall bestow On them, of fruit and meat, Anything they shall desire. (The Noble Quran, 52:22)"

"(To them will be said:) 'Eat and drink ye, With profit and health, Because of your (good) deeds. (The Noble Quran, 52:19)"

"Therein will they Recline (at ease): Therein can they Call (at pleasure) For fruit in abundance, And (delicious) drink; (The Noble Quran, 38:51)"

"(Here is) a Parable of the Garden which the righteous are promised: in it are rivers of water incorruptible; rivers of milk of which the taste never changes; rivers of wine, a joy to those who drink; and rivers of honey pure and clear. In it there are for them all kinds of fruits; and Grace from their Lord. Open challenge to Christians:

If Heaven has no physical bodies in it, then where did Adam's rib come from which GOD Almighty used for creating Eve? And what form were Adam and his "wife" Eve in? Did they have physical bodies?

If you're answer is yes they had physical bodies, then my mission is accomplished in this article. And to those who have bashing-mouths in regards to Islam promising men (who will live like kings) 70 Houris in Heaven, along with other pleasures and Mansions, I think this article will shut their mouths up once and for all, insha'Allah (if Allah Almighty is Willing).

Actually Osama Abdallah has opened up Islam to more embarrassment with this article. His mission is far from being completed; it has yet to take off! We’ve shown from the Bible itself, that man was created on earth and that every episode dealing with Adam and Eve transpired here on earth. Any responsible Christian and honest reader can see this clearly.

And by the way, the 70 Houris are 70 servants! They may not necessarily all be for 'sex'. But whether they are or not, that's completely irrelevant, because sex did exist Heaven!

Also, Out of the Entire Noble Quran, only five Noble Verses talked about the Houris, and in only referencing them (only mentioning them by the name).

So don't think that Islam brags about sex and lust in the Noble Quran!

It is only the gospel of porn bible that brags about women's privates and calls their vaginas and breasts taste like "wine".

First, the Quran doesn’t give the number of houris a man or woman would have, which means that there will be both heterosexual and homosexual relations in Islam’s filthy Paradise. Second, if he believes that “Islam doesn’t brag about sex” just because he thinks Genesis proves that Adam and Eve were in heaven having sex, then I’m sorry to disappoint him. Mr. Abdallah you really destroyed your credibility with this article. You should retire from Islamic apologetics forever!
